We believe that moments should be captured as they happen—not staged, forced, or posed. We’re photographers because we love watching life unfold. We love little details and candid moments. We love creating memories and fostering nostalgia.
Our studio, Persimmon Images, is a photography boutique that works with a limited number of clients each year. We like to work with people like us who are quirky, curious, adventuresome, and unafraid… romantics at heart, with a head full of ideas. We hope you’ll agree that when it comes to capturing life’s important moments, you deserve to feel as though your photographer “gets” you. We want you to be comfortable being you, so you can remember later just how good it felt.

We’re here to document the formation of your brand new family… from your engagement through your wedding to the birth of your first (and second? and third?) beautiful child. (Oh yeah, and Kat looooves creating fantastically sexy boudoir shoots for women of all ages and inclinations.) Our specialty is timeless wedding photojournalism with fashionable flavor and vibrant, classic color. We want to give you photos you’ll love to frame, or blow up on a sleek canvas, or keep in a heirloom album to show your grand-kids. After all, isn’t that what photography is all about?
