Lisa - Love the pictures, Kat! Do you have a real tilt-shift lens, or did you use actions in post for the effect?

Allison - Lisa, I was going to ask the same thing!
great pics, Kat!

Kat - Oh man, I wiiiish I had a tilt-shift. I’m planning to rent one and play with it (would LOVE the new Canon 14mm TS) but it’s not a profitable business expense right now, so I’m stuck with actions for faux-tilt shift. Not that I’m complaining, done right they can look pretty close to the real thing. :)

Mary Lorraine - On our honeymoon in Cabo San Lucas, we met a drunk older couple in a (airport) bar who insisted on showing us hundreds of photos of chickens that they had taken in Hawaii. Your chicken photo is significantly superior.

Regina Lynn - These pictures are wonderful! Such a stark, other-worldy beauty!

MCH - WOW!!!!!

Hannah - These are really gorgeous, Kat. I am loving your tilt-shift, fauxness aside, haha.
